SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Coverage We currently ship within India to ensure the freshness and quality of our food products. International shipping is not available at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders above Rs 1000/-
- Express delivery (where available): ₹100 additional charge
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Special Handling for Food Products
- All products are carefully packaged with appropriate insulation and cooling materials
- Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with ice packs or dry ice when necessary
- We use specialized food-grade packaging to maintain product integrity during transit
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery during business hours
- We recommend refrigerating perishable items immediately upon delivery
- Delivery attempts will be made during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for food safety reasons
- Some remote locations may have extended delivery times
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on shelf life

- You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships
- Track your order status through our website or the carrier's tracking system
